Step 1
We can start by opening up your billing system (we're using Charge Bee) and navigating to the Customer profile in which we want to "Add site info". Click on the 'Pencil' icon on the top right corner of the Magical Panel. Point and select the information you're interested in and Add site info so you can easily remember them. Hit Save.
Step 2
Next, we can create our template. Select Template and Create Template. We'll select Labels and hit Save.
Step 3
Now, every time we want to respond to a similar ticket in Zendesk, we just need to open the relevant tab in Charge Bee, and key in our Template.
