Top use cases for Customer Support

  • Communicate fast and close more customer tickets.

  • Personalize messages in an instant

  • Use AI to generate responses for you

  • Ramp your support teams easily

1) Communicate fast and close more customer tickets.

As a support professional, you likely answer the same questions over and over again. With Magical, you can save that message as a template and fill them anywhere you work. Include links, images, gifs and more in your templates.

2) Personalize your responses in an instant

You can also personalize your responses to your customers by adding placeholders in the template. Placeholders will automatically fill with your customer's information when you use your template.

3) Use AI to generate responses for you

If you don't have an appropriate template ready to respond to a customer, you can use Magical AI to generate a response for you. Just type // and TAB to prompt AI.

4) Ramp your support teams up easily

If you have multiple support reps at your company and want to share templates, it’s easy. Just create a “Support” team in Magical, go to your personal templates, click share, and select the Support team. Everyone in the Support team will be able to use these templates by typing // anywhere they work.

Stay on-message across every app

Your customer support doesn’t live on one channel, and neither does Magical. Use the same message templates wherever you need them—Zendesk, Twitter, Drift, wherever!
