We can start by opening an Uplead or ZoomInfo profile and clicking. "Add/ Edit Variables" from the Magical panel. Point and select the Variables you're interested in and Add a Label so you can easily remember them.
Next, we can create our shortcut. Select Shortcuts and Create Shortcut. We'll hit // to select our Variables and hit Save. Fun fact: you can also save the candidate's Email variable as a separate shortcut to make it super easy for email sends!
Now, every time we want to send a message to someone from Uplead, we just need to open the relevant tabs in Uplead, and type in our Shortcut.
