There are two ways to share templates to a team. You can add individual templates or bulk add templates from your personal workspace.Â
Note: if you want to share a template with someone outside of your company domain, please follow this guide.
Sharing templates individually: To share specific templates, hover over the template and you will see a Share button. Click Share and select the team(s) you'd like to share with.Â
Share templates in bulk: To share many templates at once to your team, follow these steps:
Click the check box on any template you want to share with the team
Click the “Share” button above the template
Select the Teams you’d like to share with and click Apply
