Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are billed at the start of each billing cycle for that period's access. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan within the first 7 days of your subscription start date or renewal date, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued if the request is made after the 7-day period.
Customers who cancel an active annual subscription after 7 days will receive account credits for the unused portion of their subscription term. These credits can be applied toward any future plan or purchase on our platform.
Exceptions
E.U. and Turkey residents are legally entitled to a refund if they cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase.
