How to Change the Email on Your Magical Account

Use this guide to update your Magical account email—whether you're switching to a personal address or your work email changed.

Need to update the email tied to your Magical account? Follow these steps:

Steps to Change Your Email

  1. Confirm you're signed in with correct email. Click your Avatar in the Panel or Workspace to view your account email address.

  2. Click the Avatar Profile Icon to open the settings menu.

  3. Go to Personal Settings from your menu.

  4. Click Change email.

  5. You'll be redirected to the change email page. Enter the new email and click Continue.

  6. Open your new email inbox. You'll receive an email from Magical "Log in to Magical".

  7. Click Log in to Magical button in the email.


Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble:

  • Clear your cache and cookies. This often resolves issues.

  • Visit getmagical.com/update to refresh your session and re-authenticate with our servers.

  • Enable 3rd-party cookies in your browser settings, as they're required for Magical to function properly.

Important Note for Team Plans

If you're part of a paid team workspace (like Advanced or Enterprise), your seat is owned by your organization. That means you can’t change your work email to a personal one.
