Can I Add Members to My Core Plan?

No, the Core Plan is designed for individuals who want unlimited text expansion and does not support adding additional members.

If you're looking to add collaborators, you'll need to upgrade to the Advanced Plan, which is tailored for teams and individuals who need unlimited and on-brand automations.


How to Upgrade to the Core Plan

Upgrading to the Core Plan is simple and can be done on a monthly or annual basis. Here’s how:

  1. On the right side of the workspace, click the Upgrade button.

  2. Choose whether you'd like to upgrade to a monthly or annual plan (the annual plan comes with a 16% discount).

  3. Click Upgrade on the Core Plan.

  4. Complete the payment details and confirm your upgrade.

Once upgrade is completed, your account will automatically switch to the Core Plan.

How to Cancel the Core Plan

You can cancel your Core Plan at any time.

Once canceled, you will still have access to the Core Plan features until the end of your billing cycle.

  1. Click on your Avatar in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click the Billing item from the menu.

  3. Select Cancel Plan.

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.


How to Change or Update Payment Method

  1. Click on your Avatar in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click the Billing item from the menu.

  3. Select Change Payment Method.

  4. Follow the prompts to update your credit card on file.
