Top use cases for Marketing

  • Answer emails, LinkedIn, or Slack messages with 1 click

  • Track influencer marketing outreach

  • Send personalized emails to creators or partners

  • Use AI to generate your first written draft

1. Answer Gmail, LinkedIn, or Slack messages with 1 click

Responding to emails in Gmail, InMail on LinkedIn, or messages in Slack? You can have Magical write your responses for you. Use the quick reply buttons “Yes”, “No”, or “Custom” to generate a response based on the context of the message you received.

You can also type // and TAB anywhere you work to prompt AI on the fly.

2. Tracking influencer marketing candidates

Simply open up all the creator profiles of influencers you'd like to reach out to and call on Magical to transfer the data into Google Sheets. You can do this on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform on the web. Label the info you'd like to grab and in 1 click, you'll have it all nicely formatted for you in a spreadsheet!

3. Sending personalized emails to creators or partners

Now that you have the creators, it's time to individually message them. Instead of copy and pasting an old template from your notes app, just create a Template in Magical and use your keyboard trigger. Add a label for the First Name or any info you want and watch Magical autofill all the blanks.

4. Use AI to generate your first written draft

Writing emails takes time, especially if they’re personalized for every recipient. Magical can generate entire emails based on what you want, even customizing things like tone and voice. Type // and TAB anywhere you work to prompt AI on the fly. Save the message as a Template and assign it a trigger to use it again and again.
