1) Send personalized outreach messages faster

Think of all the repetitive text you type — outreach messages to prospects, notes in your CRM, or meeting links for Calendly or Zoom. You can save all of those as Templates in Magical and expand them instantly as you type. No more wasting time typing the same thing over and over!

To access your templates, just type // anywhere you work to find your template. Magical will automatically fill your template with information about your recipient such as First Name or Company Name.

2) Use AI-generated messages on the fly

If you’re responding to emails in Gmail or Inmails on LinkedIn, you can have Magical write your responses for you. Use the quick reply buttons “Yes”, “No”, or “Custom” below your email or Inmails to generate a response based on the context of your message.

You can also type // and TAB anywhere you work to prompt AI on the fly.

3) Source leads the easy way

Gather all your leads into a spreadsheet in 30 seconds flat! Open up the pages where your lead information lives such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase or Zoom info. Open the Magical panel, go to the Transfers tab, click Transfer to and select a new sheet. Viola! All your leads will be transferred to a new Google sheet.

4) Let your CRM update itself

Magical will automatically fill out any CRM database such as Salesforce or Hubspot. Just open up the page where your prospect’s information lives such as LinkedIn. Create a new contact in your CRM, type // in the fields to pull information from your open tabs. Once you’ve filled this information once, Magical will give you a “Transfer all” button for your next contact.

5) Get your sales reps up to speed quickly with teams

If you have multiple sales reps at your company and want to share templates, it’s easy. Just create a “Sales” team in Magical, go to your personal templates, click share, and select the sales team. Everyone in the Sales team will be able to use these templates by typing // where they work.
